DRI
PLANT ELECTRICAL CONTROL ROOM : The DRI plant
electrical control room is a state or art design having
the complete plant operation and control from the central
computerized system .All the operators are experts in
their field of work and from this completely automatic
centralized plant control system they are able to run the
plant up to its optimum level.

ELECTROSTATIC PRECIPITATOR : As AMLS responsibility
and commitment to environment, a full fledged dust
extraction commercially known as ELECTRO-STATIC
PRECIPITATAOR ( ESP) system is installed in all DRI kings
.This ESP separates all the dust electro statically from
flue gases of DRI kings before leaving it for ambient ;
hence only clear pollution free gases are left for
atmosphere.

POWER PLANT : Two number power plants for captive use
having the capacity of 12MW and 18MW respectively are
under installation .The 12 MW power plant is based on
energy conservation of waste heat of DRI plant and the 18
MW power plant is based on the use of secondary products
coming out of our process (e.g. Char ,coal middling etc
).
